OCPS welcomes membership from anyone resident or interested in Old Chiswick.
If you would like to join, please complete the membership form below and return to the Membership Secretary at the address on the form. Current membership p.a. is £15. Please also fill in the Gift Aid declaration if applicable as gift aiding your donation will help us even more (one form per person please for Gift Aid). Please read our statement about the new General Data Protection Regulations under 'News' and tick the box if you would like to receive e-mail notifications of our activities and events only.
