OCPS has now launched an application for a Judicial Review of the London Borough of Hounslow (LBH)'s decision to grant planning, challenging LBH, on the basis of illegality.
To proceed with a Judicial Review, OCPS needs to raise funds to cover the substantial legal costs. We are a small charity and will be covering as much of the cost as we can, but this will not be nearly enough. You are probably aware that on 7 August the Hounslow Council Planning Committee Councillors voted to approve the proposal for a tall building at 1 Burlington Lane on Hogarth Roundabout. Councillor John Todd was the only person who voted against….
