Help Needed on Chiswick Eyot - 17th May, 14th June, 28th June.

In the hope that this lovely sunshine will last and that it’s making you enthusiastic to get out onto the Eyot, we have organised 3 more dates with Thames21 and we would love your help.

Saturday 17th May

Saturday 14th June

Saturday 28th June

All 10am-2.30pm

We’ll be working on weaving more defences on and around the eyot, to reduce the scouring effects of the tides. 

And it’s perfect balsam-bashing season, before the plants get too big and multi-stemmed and before they set seed.

As usual, do wear wellies and bring gardening or similar gloves. Eye protection is a good idea too.

We hope to see as many helpers as possible.
